Many of our products are collectible and have certain conditions under which they must be returned to maintain their value.

We have developed what we believe is a fair return policy. Please note that by purchasing goods from Pampa Bay, you have agreed to the following terms:

Defective Return Policy

Sales at PampaBay.com are final. Most products we sell include a variety of hand-work operations. Slight imperfections are typical with this kind of product and, in fact, often enhance the value.

However, if your merchandise has a significant defect right out of the box (e.g., the product is broken, has missing parts, etc.), we will be happy to replace it for a non-damaged item or refund you the cost of the item. All other sales at PampaBay.com are final.

PampaBay.com only accepts returns for items purchased at PampaBay.com. To return or exchange a Pampa Bay product purchased at a third party, please contact the store where the purchase was made and follow their return and exchange guidelines. PampaBay.com will not accept returns or exchanges on items purchased from third parties. If the carton in which your PampaBay.com product arrives is damaged, Pampa Bay will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.  Pampa Bay will not exchange or refund an item damaged in shipment.

How to Process a Return

Please email customerservice@pampabay.com within seven (7) days of receiving your damaged merchandise. In this email, include your order number, reason for return, item number, photos of the damaged or defective item as well as whether you would like a replacement or refund.

Replacement Policy

Replacements are subject to availability. If the item is available, we will send a replacement piece to the original shipping destination within seven (7) business days. If the item is unavailable, you will receive a refund for the item total to your original form of payment.

If the refund request is approved, you will receive a refund for the item total to your original form of payment within seven (7) business days.
