Return Policy – Retail

Thanks for shopping with Pampa Bay! We hope that you enjoy your new purchase, and we are grateful for your business.

Many of our products are collectible and have certain conditions under which they must be returned to maintain their value.

We have developed what we believe is a fair return policy. Please note that by purchasing goods from Pampa Bay, you have agreed to the following terms:

Damage or Loss During Shipping

Pampabay.com is not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during transit. If your order is damaged in shipment, please keep all the shipping materials and contact customerservice@pampabay.com to file a claim for the damage.  In your communication with us, please include your order number, the item(s) damaged in shipment and photos of the packaging and damages.  If your order is lost in shipment, please contact us at your earliest convenience to file a claim.  Claims for damages must be filed within (7) days of receipt of your shipment.

Replacements

Sales at PampaBay.com are final. Most products we sell include a variety of hand-work operations. Slight imperfections are typical with this kind of product and, in fact, often enhance the value. However, if your merchandise has a significant defect right out of the box (e.g., the product is broken, has missing parts, etc.), we will be happy to replace it (subject to availability) or refund you the cost of the item.

Returns

PampaBay.com only accepts returns for items purchased at PampaBay.com. To return or exchange a Pampa Bay product purchased at a third party, please contact the store where the purchase was made and follow their return and exchange guidelines. PampaBay.com will not accept returns or exchanges on items purchased from third parties.

Returns are subject to approval

The following policies apply to all returns:

  • An original order number from Pampabay.com is required for all returns.
  • Returns with the original order number will be refunded to the original form of payment.
  • Return claims must be submitted within (7) days after delivery.
  • Please allow 10–14 days for the return to be processed following receipt in our fulfillment center.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping fees associated with returns.
    • If Pampabay.com provides the return label, return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • To return an item, you must email customer service at customerservice@pampabay.com to obtain a Return Authorization Merchandise (RMA) number.
