Our products are delivered via UPS or USPS to your delivery address
• Orders ship out within 1-2 business days.
• Shipping times vary by location. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days.

Delivery Costs – Alaska and Hawaii
Items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are delivered for an additional charge of $75. Some heavy or oversized items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. Shipping times may vary.

Continental United States
There is a $20 shipping and handling fee for all orders under $99. All orders over $99 receive free shipping.

Shipping to International Destinations
At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of the United States. To find a retailer near you, please contact info@pampabay.com

We do not ship to PO Boxes due to the size of our products.

At this time, we only allow one shipping destination per order.

Yes, at checkout select the “Ship to a different address?” box at the bottom of the page.

Yes, please include your requested note on the “Order Notes” section of the checkout page. This note will be included on the packing list shipped with the order.

No, the only paperwork included is the packing list which does not display prices.

At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping or gift boxes.

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. Most orders ship out 1-2 business days after purchase.
