Returns

You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving an order for a refund of the merchandise value. An original order number is required. Review the full list of ineligible items and our refund policy below.

Ineligible Items

  • Items without an original order number.
  • Items not purchased at www.pampabay.com.
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear.
  • Items delivered more than 14 days prior to the claim.

Refund Policy

  • Original Order Number: Returns with the original order number will be refunded in the original form of payment.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping and return fees are non-refundable and prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
  • All items must be returned in unused condition and packed well for shipment. We reserve the right to reject any damaged/used returns.
  • Returns are subject to approval: There may be some variations in color, texture, size, and finish as well as slight irregularities in the surface finish of items. These are inherent characteristics of the materials and processes and are not considered flaws or defects.

Start a Return
To start a return please email customerservice@pampabay.com and include the following:

  • Order number.
  • Photo of the item being returned.
  • Item number and reason for return.

Exchanges: At this time, we do not accept or processes exchanges. To return an item, please refer to the information above.

DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS

Pampa Bay is not responsible for any damage or losses that may occur during transit. If your order is damaged in shipment, please keep all the shipping materials and contact customerservice@pampabay.com to file a claim for the damage. In your communication with us, please include your order number, the item(s) damaged in shipment and photos of the packaging and damages. If your order is lost in shipment, please contact us at your earliest convenience to file a claim. Claims for damaged or lost items must be filed within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
