- Payment in full is required before the goods are shipped.
- We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express cards.
- Customer authorizes any/all charges associated with this order to be charged on their credit card.
- Sorry, COD orders are not accepted.
- Merchandise is sold FOB Carteret, New Jersey, 07008.
- Shipping costs will be specified at the time of check-out.
- Delivery: our lead time is usually 1-2 weeks. In the event of stock outages, all in-stock products will be shipped within 10 business days.
- Street addresses are required. We cannot ship to Post Office boxes.

- Claims for goods damaged in shipment must be filed with the carrier. Pampa Bay will assist in filing these claims.
