National Pretzel Day

Happy National Pretzel Day! Is there anything better than a homemade soft pretzel straight out of the oven? Ones that are served in style, of course! We used Sally’s Baking Addition’s Easy Homemade Soft Pretzels recipe to make two types of yummy pretzels and Pampa Bay pieces to serve them beautifully.

Salty Satisfaction

Tried and true the salted pretzel never disappoints! We served these beauties on the Rectangular Platter (CER-2583) from our Thin and Simple line. Don’t worry about the salt having any adverse effects on the silver titanium finish, our pieces are tarnish free! Of course, we had to serve these pretzels up with a side of yellow mustard! The Snack Bowl (CER-2601) from the Accessories line makes the perfect vessel for your dipping sauce of choice. We know that mustard is known to be particularly aggressive on silver and silver-plated items but fear not! Again, our pieces our tarnish free and stain resistant! So, relax and enjoy, then put your pieces in the dishwasher when you’re done to reveal their blemish free beauty.

Cinnamon Sugar Celebration

Here is a twist on the original recipe. Instead of sprinkling our pretzels with salt, we used a mixture of equal parts cinnamon and sugar! Sweet and buttery, these pretzels will satisfy any sweet tooth, which means they are totally fine to eat for breakfast…right? That’s what we’re telling ourselves. The Chip and Dip (CER-2586) from our Millennium line makes the perfect serving piece for your sweet pretzels and dipping sauce of choice. We like to serve these with a side of caramel sauce (as pictured above), whipped cream or icing dipping glaze!
